At the 20th National Education Conference organized by the Ministry of Education and Skills Development (MoESD), Dasho Dechen Wangmo, Head of The PEMA, shared with the participants the mandate and vision of The PEMA. During the presentation and Q&A session, Dasho shared data on child protection, mental health and highlighted the growing concerns on child protection issues in the country.
