Response Service Division
In the overall model of continuum of care, the Response Service Division will hold a strong link between Prevention and Rehabilitation. Services are available for anyone with mental health concerns, survivors of violence, children in difficult circumstance including placement in alternative care and adoption and children in conflict with law.
The Division will provide a platform to receive cases via walkin clients, The PEMA Helpline and referral from other agencies. The services will also proactively identify individuals who need support through the Prevention and Engagement Division’s screening and early identification initiatives.
