Dasho Dr. Tobgyal Wangchhuk
Dasho Dr. Tobgyal Wangchhuk is a chairperson of The PEMA Board. He is currently the Royal Physician. He was awarded the Kabney Patang and Red Scarf by His Majesty The King. He served at the Royal Education Council as the head of Medical Education. Initially he served as the Head of His Majesty’s Kidu Mobile Medical Unit (HMKMMU) before joining as a Professional Changkarp. He completed his MBBS from AIIMS, New Delhi and worked as GDMO in Tsirang and Gelephu hospitals, District Medical Officer (DMO) of Sarpang Dzongkhag, as an ENT Specialist at JDWNRH, as Medical Superintendent of Gelephu hospital and JDWNRH, Thimphu.

Mr. Tshering Gyaltshen Penjor
Mr. Tshering Gyaltshen Penjor, a distinguished member of The PEMA
Board. He is currently contributing his expertise as the Secretary of
the National Land Commission. In addition to his role in land management, Mr. Penjor serves as the Head of the Social Cluster. His illustrious career has seen him in pivotal diplomatic positions, including the Ambassador of Brussels, Belgium, and before that, as the Ambassador of Kuwait.

Mr. Nim Tshering
Dasho Nim Tshering is a Member of The PEMA Board. He is currently the Deputy Chamberlain of the Office of Gyalpoi Zimpon, His Majesty’s Secretariat appointed by His Majesty and primarily heads the Queen’s Project Office. He has worked in various capacities at the Cabinet Secretariat and carries a wide range of experiences in both pre- and post-democratic governance. He holds a Master of Business (Public Relations) from Queensland University of Technology and is a recipient of the Dean's Award for Academic Excellence. He did his Post Graduate Certificate in Development Management from Royal Institute of Management and B.A. (Hons) in Geography from Sherubtse College, affiliated to Delhi University, India.

Ms. Peldon Tshering
Ms. Peldon Tshering is a Member of The PEMA Board. She is currently working with SELWA, an office for persons with disabilities. She worked with the environment sector in the government for more than 20 years. She completed her Masters degree in Geotechnical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA and her undergraduate is in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Silsoe College, Cranfield University in the UK.

Dr. Ugyen Dem
Dr. Ugyen Dem is a Member of The PEMA Board. She is currently the Head of Psychiatry Department, Jigme Dorji Wangchuck National Referral Hospital (JDWNRH) and also an Assistant Professor at the Khesar Gyalpo University of Medical Sciences of Bhutan (KGUMSB). She served as a General Duty Medical Officer (GDMO) at JDWNRH from 2009 to 2011. She did her MD in Psychiatry from Abarbanel Mental Health Center, Israel with Neurology from University College London, London and her MBBS from University of Kelaniya, Ragama, Sri Lanka. She is currently a fellow in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry with the University of Melbourne, Australia.

Lt.Col. Namgay Dorji Gyeltshen
Lt.Col. Namgay Dorji is a Member of The PEMA Board. He is currently the Officer Commanding, Narcotic Drugs and Other Vices Division, Crime and Operations Branch, HQ Royal Bhutan Police. Prior to the current appointment, he served as a drugs law-enforcement officer with the Thimphu City Police. He obtained Bachelors of Art from JNU Delhi, India and Post Graduate Diploma in Military Studies and Defense Management from Garhwal University Uttaranchal, India. He has undergone training on Drugs Intelligence, Investigation & Related Matters from NACEN Faridabad, India, Wildlife Conservation & Trafficking from ICCA West Virginia, USA and Outsmarting Transnational Criminals (Asia Region Law Enforcement Management Programme)
