The PEMA Secretariat is Her Majesty’s Secretariat and functions under the guidance and leadership of Her Majesty The Gyaltsuen.
The members of The PEMA Board are appointed by Her Majesty.
The Head of The PEMA Secretariat is appointed by Her Majesty.
The PEMA Board is empowered to provide strategic guidance, oversight and operation & management directives to the Secretariat.
The Rules of Procedure for The PEMA Board will guide the functions of the Board.
The PEMA Secretariat will operate on a blended funding model that would include Government support, Endowment Fund, Income-Generating Projects, and Grants.
