In order to address mental health issues and its causal factors, The PEMA shall conduct advocacy and awareness programs; institute early identification mechanisms through Health and Wellbeing Screening; identify and address risk factors; enhance protective factors; and design & implement evidence based universal, selective and indicated prevention programs.
