The PEMA Centre is a sixty bedded hospital which is still under construction and is expected to be completed by 2026.

Currently, the Department of Psychiatry in JDWNRH provides specialized mental health services. It provides both outpatient and inpatient treatment services. Out-patient services can be availed on all working days while the in-patient ward has 20 beds for those requiring hospitalization.
