Coinciding with Her Majesty The Gyaltsuen’s 33rd birth anniversary, The PEMA Board and staff of The PEMA Secretariat welcomed three new protection officers/counsellors. They will undergo a weeklong orientation to prepare for providing case management, adoption, and other mental health services.
