In accordance with the Tender Committee report, The PEMA Secretariat would like to announce our Intent to Award the contract to Druk Smart Pvt. Ltd and you are reminded not to initiate work or enter into any subcontracts relating to the project until both parties sign the contract of agreement.

With this, we would like to notify all the bidders that if you have any complaints pertaining to this decision to be submitted to The Head, The PEMA Secretariat within three days after the issuance of this notice.
