Screening Criteria (Security Guard)
- Physically fit and alert
- Basic record-keeping skills
- Ability to handle emergency situations
- Trustworthy, punctual, and disciplined
- Ability to communicate politely with employees and visitors
- Shall have attained the age of 18 years and shall not be above 57 years at the time of appointment
- Preference will be given to those who have completed the De-Suung programme.
2. Warden (S5A)
- Civil Service Employment Application Form 4/1 (available at www.rcsc.gov.bt)
- CID copy
- Valid – Security Clearance Certificate

- Minimum Qualification ( Class XII)
- Certificates of Class X, XII, Computer Application
